Getting the most charge INTO the batteries and consuming the last charge OUT of the batteries is the goal.

Auto-electricians are familiar with working on vehicles, but many don't fully understand the requirements for a caravan, as all caravans have different electrical systems. Getting your vehicle wired without knowledge of exactly how the caravan is going to charge from other sources like mains power and solar, is only 1/3 of the equation, and sometimes causes more problems than it solves.
