If you have an Enerdrive Lithium battery system, and have flattened the battery – it will go into safe mode where it turns off to protect the battery. There will be no output from the battery (so lights etc won’t work in your van), and the phone app won’t connect. To restart and recharge the battery, you need to follow these instructions.

This applies only to G1 batteries. G2 batteries have a “restart” button on them that does this for you. If your battery doesn’t have the restart button on the top, you will need to carry out this process.
