Generally leaks are caused by fittings not sealing properly against the installation surface, or leaking through part of the manufactured fitting. The trouble is that the source of the leak, may be far away from where the leak becomes visible inside – as water can travel inside the ceiling or wall cavity. 

Prevention is the best cure, and having all sealants inspected as part of your 12-month service ensures trouble free time ahead.
